Excellent and reliable services. The transfer drivers very professional. All cars during the transfers were new. Lotus verdure 5 Star Cruise was truly luxurious. They attempted to serve Indian vegetarian food, which was the good aspect Aval. I would like to thank Sofia for her constant support. She was virtually available on chat all the times, even for communicating with the drivers whenever needed and was ready to be there for the smallest of the hiccups.

Stunning trip through Vietnam!!
We were a group of 14 in August making a trip all over Vietnam with Azotar Travel through Sofia and Lee. The trip was spectacular, the Ha Giang Motorcycle Loop is one of the most stunning landscapes I have ever seen, Ha Long Bay and Ninh Bih are also amazing. The agency is super secure, they keep in constant contact with you through WhatsApp, they send you the phones of the drivers, local guides... and if there is any incident they solve it. In fact, because of the typhoon we had to change the route for a couple of days and immediately we were looking for accommodation, activities. Definitely 100% recommended.
We had a wonderful time on the cruise! Both the ship and the scenery were beautiful. Kayaking was a great experience.

3 days, absolutely no complaints
wasn't sure 3 days would be enough but honestly this itinerary is perfectly put together. ninh binh first was such a good call - the boat ride through trang an was so peaceful and way less crowded than i expected. then halong bay on a luxury overnight cruise just took everything to another level. the boat was stunning, like proper 5-star experience: the food, the cabins, the sundeck... i did NOT want to leave. best 3 days i've spent in a long time
