10 days sounds like a lot until you're there and realize you could easily spend 10 days in each city alone lol. but this itinerary hits the best of everything — the chaos of hanoi, the magic of halong, the cool mountains of sapa, the dreamy lanterns of hoi an, and the buzzing energy of hcmc. every day felt like a completely new adventure. came home with like 3000 photos and a vietnam-shaped hole in my heart
